The Australian candy brand Allen’s (owned by Nestle) is hiring a lollipop taste tester. Payment will be made in confectionery.

The requirements for candidates are straightforward: applicants must be over 18 and in good health. Those with allergies need not apply.

According to Allen’s spokesperson Joyce Tan, the company is preparing to launch new products based on old favorites and needs someone to evaluate their flavors.

Tan likened the taster to characters from *Charlie and the Chocolate Factory*, as the chosen candidate will get to sample countless sweets.
