However, what happened next was anything but reasonable. Leaving his meal unfinished, he walked to the counter and launched into a heated argument with the staff, hurling curses and insisting the price was unfair. Exhausted by the confrontation, the employee refunded the angry man his $3—but the ordeal didn’t end there. Fifteen minutes later, the customer stormed back into the restaurant—only this time, he unexpectedly slapped the worker.
Police arrested the aggressive troublemaker, and most agree such behavior deserves consequences. Even if the meal seems overpriced, keeping one’s temper in check is essential.
