Australian candy brand Allen’s (owned by Nestle) is hiring a new employee: a lollipop taster. The salary will be paid in confectionery.

The job requirements are quite simple: candidates must be over 18 and in good health. Those with allergies need not apply.

According to Allen’s spokesperson Joyce Tan, the company is preparing to launch new products based on old favorites, so they now need someone to evaluate their flavor.

Joyce Tan compared the taster to characters from *Charlie and the Chocolate Factory*, as the chosen candidate will get to sample a variety of sweet treats.
