The Australian candy brand Allen’s (owned by Nestle) is hiring a lollipop taster. The salary will be paid in confectionery.

The job requirements are simple: candidates must be over 18 and in good health. Those with allergies need not apply.

According to Allen’s spokesperson Joyce Tan, the company is preparing to launch new products based on old favorites, so they need someone to evaluate their taste.

Joyce Tan compared the taster to characters from *Charlie and the Chocolate Factory*, as the chosen candidate will get to sample countless sweets.
